Robin focuses on business development – seeking to identify firms that have an interest in selling or acquiring businesses. He has extensive experience in business operations as well as investment banking, having participated in M&A transactions, management buyouts, acquisition searches, due diligence processes and valuations across a range of industries including chemicals, food and industrial manufacturing, IT services and distribution.

Robin is fluent in English and Chinese, having often served as a bilingual intermediary in international transactions in the US and Asia. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Southern California, and holds FINFA type 7 and 63 series licenses.
