Cathryn specializes in the representation of Buyers.

She has been a licensed real estate broker and active in business brokerage for over 40 years. Cathryn was a co-founder and President of the real estate franchisor HelpUSell, and President of the national business brokerage franchisor – VR Business Brokers.

Cathryn has won numerous awards for excellence in the representation of both buyers and sellers and has experience with a wide range of business types and sizes, from mainstreet to multi-million dollar businesses.

Her specialty is Buyer Representation where she works directly with business buyers – individual owner/operators, investors or corporations, to clearly define then find the specific type of business that is right for them.

Cathryn attended California State University at Dominquez Hills and is Leader of the Orange County Chapter of the California Association of Business Brokers.
